I received the best, when I was in his care. He was thorough, good listener, excellent knowledge & references to specialist that were also excellent providers. I had to change PCP when he became VIP. I can't afford it now on a fixed income, but I would if I could. Just lost the PCP he referred me to and in search of another, who can work with me as wonderfully as Dr Thomas did for 25+ years. He is compassionate, very thorough and found many things before they become an issue or became untreatable. I couldn't say enough about the excellent care from him I received. He is truly one of the best & I truly miss being in his care. I highly recommend him. He's worth every penny for VIP status. Dr Thomas, thank you. I truly appreciate your care and see how blessed I was, when you were my PCP. I wish I could be able to return to you more than I can express. Your worth it and so am I but I just can't afford VIP fee. I hate it.

The "Best" Doctor I've ever had, he went VIP and I couldn't afford to do that right now, he has always been caring, easy to speak too, explained well and very thorough, miss him.

I found it difficult to Speak with staff about refills and scheduling consultations about fairly urgent changes in my medical condition. Waited over a week for a response several time and received several untrue excuses of "we tried to contact you" when I was forced to go wait an hour in the lobby for simple refills or lab requests. The staff seemed overworked and treate me more as a problem than a patient, on more than one occasion I might add. VERY disappointed in the service. Look elsewhere

I would recommend Dr. Thomas to family and friends. He is thorough, a very good listener, and seeks to correct the underlining cause of a problem and not just treat the symptoms.
