He takes wonderful care of our son, and not only is he professional at his job, he makes everyone in the family educated on what he is going to be doing and how and why. He is very sweet and caring and treats our child as his own. He is easy to speak and ask questions to, you dont feel judged by him at all. He is does his job well and you can tell he loves his job and his patients.

took my son, and was prepared to have to argue with the doctor, after having been through a lot of issues with his ears.. Dr. costa listened to me demand what I felt my son needed, and very politely replied with “I am going to do what’s best for my patient.” It stopped my in my tracks. and to this day, I think about him and that statement every time I go to any doctor with my children, because that’s what I expect now. and he was great with my son, and didn’t mind him screaming and fighting, not once did he seem to get annoyed at my son, and his staff was amazing with him as well! And he screamed from the time we got there until we left. He was able to do exactly what needed to be done in the office and we haven’t had any issues with his ears since.
