rudest medical office in spokane
This is by far the rudest dr and medical facility in spokane in my opinion. If you want to be treated poorly have at it.

Dr Christante did an excellent job with my surgery. Before she explained all that would happen with the surgery. I would recommend her highly.

Not good. The morning of my visit I was called and told that my morning appointment needed to be moved to 3pm. I was grateful for the same day reschedule, but she was nearly an hour late to see me even then and very rushed on top of it. She didn't take my concerns seriously. Then, after insisting she finally approved my colonoscopy. She misread my blood count test and told me I was anemic, and later said I wasn't. She told me she found a polyp in my colonoscopy and that it was a good thing we did it. Then, after the biopsy she said it wasn't a polyp, it was just severe inflammation. She didn't help me at all with anything. Almost $1,000 and a month later, I'm being referred to a GI specialist. Dr. Christante was a total waste of time.

Excellent care, excellent explanation; listens thoroughly and responds to questions. Post-op pain was minor. She takes the time needed per patient, which might throw the wait time a little, but when it's your turn you get listened-to, and you get the full explanation, which matters greatly.

Dr. Christante is very professional and thorough. Even though she was unable to do surgery to remove my husbands colon cancer, she explained all the complications in detail and conferred with several of her comrades to try to get us the best outcome. My husband and I would highly recommend Dr Christante.

Dr. Chritante performed a procedure today that entailed fixing a botched 1st attempt by another doctor (in my opinion) & was extremely attentive to my needs and was very detailed about everything that would be happening. Extremely skilled & professional! Her style is direct, sincere and very thorough. I had a fabulous result & am grateful for her expertise. She also works with a great team. I would certainly utilize her expertise in the future if needed! H Matlock

I would of loved to meet with DR Christante to get some help with my medical condition . My Appt was at 1500 hrs I got there at 1445 hrs, I waited until 1520 hrs after I watched 20 plus people get call back . I then ask the staff if I was next. I was told it should be soon. I was the last person in the waiting area and it was 1545 hrs. I approached the desk staff a second time and told them I needed to be out in the valley by 1615 Hrs. They just said 'Oh you want to re-scheduled . NO!
