Dr. Danielle Rooney, MD

I just attempted to make an appointment here. I was told I had to have my records sent first from my prior doctor, which I did. I received a phone call from Domenica to set this up. While on the phone, more of my records came in. They put me on speaker, on hold, back on speaker without letting me know. Once on speaker again, they included Domenica, and Christine and apparently the office manager who refused to name herself. She did shout 'get real' and made fun of me. They kept making these snide comments about HOW MANY PAGES my records were and how it would take weeks for them to go through. They demanded I have an appointment with the PCP next door to them before being seen. I explained several times that I was not due for a PCP for months and UHC would not pay for an unnecessary visit. That's when I heard 'unnecessary' being repeated in a mocking voice. And then was told by Christine to find a different practice. I have NEVER been treated like this by a doctors office. Shameful.

Dr. Rooney was outstanding. From the moment I walked into her office for the 1st visit I knew she was a great Dr. and I was in good hands. She did not rush anything and took her time talking to me and explaining everything I needed for a hysterectomy. I was very nervous and emotional as this was a very serious surgery. She reassured me that everything was going to be ok. Surgery went very well. She called me personally the next day to see how I was doing. I would definitely recommend her as a Dr. and trust her 100%.

She is one of the best doctors I have ever visited and by far the best doctor I am currently seeing. She is knowledgeable, patient, and caring.

Dr Rooney is very kind and listens. She clearly took the time to review my chart before she met me, because she referenced something from my past history I didnt mention to her. She did a great job on my c section. I give her 5 stars, but the practice 4 because I didnt really care for the midwives.

Dr. Rooney was sensitive to my needs (eating disorder recovery) and willing to give me options and be the CEO of my healthcare. She did a very thorough evaluation and history. Her nurse was very nice as well. The office is not the most beautiful, but the staff have been top notch and very helpful so far.

Dr. Rooney is kind, compassionate and thorough. She takes the time to listen and has a wonderful manner. She also takes the time to explain every test and it’s purpose.
