Thank you Dr Sullivan
The best Dr hands down. Made me feel at ease with my minor surgery. He took the time to make me feel at ease. I wasn’t nervous at all. Very skilled and friendly. I will recommend him to anyone who needs a general surgeon. The nurses were also so amazing and made me feel cared for and relaxed.

8 weeks and counting.
My mother had a procedure done over 8 weeks ago and still has not heard the results. She has called several times to reach out and has been told to call back. It's been 8 weeks and still counting.

I wish I could give Dr. Sullivan 10 stars. It is rare (especially in a surgical specialty) to find someone so compassionate that cares about the patient as an individual. I had a not cut and dry/ complex gallbladder case and instead of pushing me off to a GI or quickly dismissing my symptoms (like multiple other physicians did prior to me finally seeing Dr. Sullivan) Dr. Sullivan diligently listened to my complaints and expertly assessed my situation. Because of him, I am no longer in daily pain and am back to enjoying eating again! Also, I can't rave enough about his exceptional staff. They are kind, prompt and have it together which is not an easy feat for a doctors office. When I had a question post-operatively and called the office---they had me on the phone with Dr. Sullivan himself in less than 5 minutes to address my concern.

I was admitted through the Emergency Room with severe stomach issues caused by a ruptured appendix and subsequent infection. Dr Sullivan was assigned to my case. I inquired with several people I knew at the hospital and they expressed very positive opinions about him....and boy were they correct! Instead of operating immediately he felt that antibiotics would clear up the infection and limit the amount of bowel and intestine removal required during surgery. He and Dr Hinshaw clearly explained my situation, outlined their plan and addressed all my concerns. After treatment for several days in the hospital with IV antibiotics I was sent home on oral antibiotics for two weeks and then Dr Sullivan performed what turned out to be a routine appendectomy. In my case his knowledge and experience were key to a very successful outcome. As a side note my hospitalization occurred during the outbreak of the corona pandemic and Dr Sullivan and his staff were very adept at arranging my surgery date.

Dr. Sullivan is a remarkably skilled, compassionate surgeon. He was highly recommended to me, and after two surgeries in a short period of time, I understand why. Dr. Sullivan thoroughly explains the procedure, as well as thoughtfully answers questions. He is down to earth, and his friendly office staff provide excellent patient care. Dr. Sullivan and his staff made a difficult time, easier for me to get through. I am grateful that I was referred to his practice.

Wait time is more like 90 to 120 minutes. It's like a production line...fit in as many people as you can and those that don't wait it out, no problem to them. $$$$$$$ is all they see i guess.
