Arrogance
I never actually saw a doctor. My appointment was at 4 and at 3:50 I was still waiting and had to ask when I would be seen. When asked if I wanted to reschedule I left. If I have to wait that long and they do not see a problem with that, that is just pure arrogance and disrespect for patients. They actually have schedules and lives as well. The office staff seemed nice. I would never see a doctor who is so dismissive and disrespectful to patients time.
