Transition to Queens horrible. OA was decent before but now no one wants to take care of humbug back problems.

Long wait time. No call back after leaving messages.

Doctor and staff were professional and courteous

Dr. Lim's staff and surgical team was timely and always there when I required assistance including a request for medical records!

Dr. Lim’s care and concern is exceptional as I experienced during my visit yesterday. After review and discussion regarding EKG pre-op visit with NP/PCP, while I was cleared for surgery there was a referral for cardiologist follow up visit. I asked his opinion since I did not hear from the cardiologist to whom I was referred for an appointment. We had lengthy discussion which I appreciated and he even took time to call a cardiologist to see if there was any chance to get an appointment prior to surgery. While an appointment wasn’t possible, Dr. Lim’s personal effort was completely unexpected and I am grateful and 100% committed to his care. Because surgery was arranged for March 17; he gave me a day to make a decision. Although it was a difficult decision; I advised his staff that I decided to delay surgery until I’m able to have an appointment with a cardiologist. Thank you for this opportunity.

I always feel comfortable when going to my appointments with Dr Lim, he's very informative and he always listens to your concerns. Looking forward to worked with Dr lim in the near future !

Dr Lim is the man ! He takes the time to answer questions and help his patients get to where they want to be with their injury . He explains all options in detail , areas of concern and helps make the unfortunate situation a positive one . I would 100% recommend him to others . The best thing I like about Dr Lim is that he really helped ease my concerns after my surgery . His line is available at any time . I am totally stoked visit and consultation was excellent

This was my second rotator cuff tear and repair. From the start, Dr. Lim demonstrated another level of attentiveness to care. His process proved to be far less painful that the first time and more personal. His calls after hours illustrated concern and consideration. I actually feel that his method of healing was thought out and purposeful. I felt I was in good hands at all times.

I felt comfortable in our discussion of my situation. He didn’t make me feel rushed and took the time to explain what I was faced with and my options. He showed me a video that helped me understand what will take place to correct my condition.

First time visit. Listened attentively, addressed my concerns and made recommendations based on my lifestyle circumstances. Highly recommend Dr. Lim!

Dr Lim is one of those doctors that you actually look forward to seeing. Awesome bedside manner, and very thorough in explaining results of xrays/exam, and options for treatment of the condition you came in for. His staff is so great too.
