This recent visit was the 12-year follow-up to my BHR procedure. Dr. Mori always shows me on my X-ray where he checks for any telltale signs of failure. As always, there were none. He also relayed the results of a 15-year study on my procedure. Like mine, the vast majority were highly successful.

Very knowledgable, caring and patient. Never have to wait. He is always on time. And sometimes he will take you earlier if he can. Asks pertinent questions. My PT even said the surgery went so well and one of the best recoveries he has seen. I have recommended family and friends because of my confidence in Dr. Mori.

We looked at the MRI together and explained exactly what was going on. I'm extremely satisfied with his professional, friendly staff. Very easy getting an appointment . His staff are all friendly and very good. After an MRI,He thoroughly explained my options. I ended up getting RC surgery which went very well. After some PT my shoulder is as good as new! Very happy! I highly recommend Doctor Mori, he is very professional, listens well, and is highly skilled.

He explained my xray, showed what was causing the pain and gave me a couple of options on how to treat the pain in my knee. He listens and answered my questions. Dr. Mori is soft spoken and explained what I had and what was going to do to repair my shoulder in understandable language. He answered my concerns. Surprisingly, I had no post-surgery pain at all. One week after the surgery, Dr. Mori showed me two simple stretches to gain mobility for my arm. Second week after the surgery, I was cleared to resume my normal activities and Dr. Mori showed me several more stretches to do. No physical therapy required. The office staff is very courteous, very friendly and very professional. The waiting room is relaxing because hardly anybody is there so expect to see the doctor at close to your appointment time. Because the time frame spent at the doctor was short, it was the first time in my life that I didn't have to pay for parking. Dr. Mori sent me a thank you card for entrusting him and his staff for my care. Dr. Mori and his staff is a complete circle of what a doctor should be.
