Would tell anyone to stay away.
He is very rude. He would interrupt me while I was trying to talk. Wouldn’t listen about my accident and my symptoms. But he can sure move when someone is mad.

He was the WORST doctor I have ever been to. I honestly don't even know how this person is licensed to practice medicine. I have been dizzy for 9 months now and have had to leave my job and go on disability. He said it wasn't an inner ear problem, but instead of just leaving it at that, and referring me to someone else like a neurologist, he had to go the extra mile to crush all hope. He said there was nothing to be done, to just deal with it, and to not even continue searching for answers because it would be a waste. I switched to another ENT in that clinic who not only was able to diagnose me and start me on treatment, but was empathic as well. Dr. Crozier not only has poor diagnostic skills, but extremely poor bedside manner too. Please do NOT go see him or have your loved ones see him.

Got him after hours call even though I had just talked to our normal ENT on the phone. Had a couple more questions to ask. He was completely rude, acted as all the other reviews have stated. Caught me completely off guard because everyone else in that office has been extremely kind and helpful. Acted like I was inconveniencing him and talked down to me.

Dr. Crozier is extremely cocky. I had a visit with him today and left more than feeling dismissed and like an idiot. My neurologist prescribed me Valium to deal with my vertigo as I had not been able to drive and my neurologist and PCP both agreed it was inner ear. I have had ear aches and pain on and off for months. He basically called me a liar. Told me that even if it was inner ear that there was nothing he could do. Told me it was the migraines and that Valium doesn't help with vertigo. I WILL NEVER recommend him to anyone nor will I go back.

My mom told me this guy was rude and condescending to her so she asked me to go with her. She's not wrong. He called her a drug seeking patient and he jumped up from his seat pretty heated and told her he would give her no pain meds for her ear which he told her would drain on its own. She's been dealing with the fluid in her ears for years. He told her she could get tubes that would likely fall out and would be painful to insert and then made sure to tell her that she wouldn't get pain meds for that. Making her seem like she was there for meds when all she asked was how to deal with pain while waiting for them to drain. I've never met a ruder doctor and I promise I've dealt with my share of demigods and egotistical physicians. We asked to leave a review in office and could hear him rehashing every bit of the personal medical discussion with the nurse in the hall. Unprofessional. Done with Cox

I have been a medical assistant for almost 30 years and this was the WORST doctor I have ever had to deal with. He spent little time in the room with me. He ordered a CT scan of my neck. Two weeks later he calls and left a message and says that he has results. We called back and forth several times. I finally called and told the nurse to please just have him leave the results on my voicemail. No one called back that day, the next day or the following day. I called back AGAIN on Monday on my lunch break and his nurse said he was doing a procedure and could he call back in 30 to 45 minutes, yes, that would be fine. He called back at 5:15 and left another message to call him back. Finally got to talk to him again and he's trying to argue with me about trying to get ahold of me and something must be wrong with my voicemail! He then proceeds to tell me my scan was normal. REALLY?????? YOU MADE ME WAIT FOR 10 DAYS TO TELL ME IT WAS NORMAL????

So rude and condescending. Basically told me my ear drum had never ruptured even though I had chronic ear infections as a kid, So I know what it feels and sounds like. I had bad congestion, heard a loud crackle, followed by sharp pain and drainage and had hearing loss for 2-3 weeks. I just wanted to make sure every thing had healed well by the time I was able to get in to his office a month after I called, I’m sure it was healed by then. But don’t tell me it never happened. Just say, it looks well now! He said I probably hurt it with a q-tip. I was laying in bed when this all happened.

Dr. Crozier took very good care of me, very polite, and gave personal care. He knows his field of medicine. I whole heartedly trust him to the point he did a successful surgery on me Friday October 11, 2019. Everything he said before surgery played out after surgery. I highly recommend him.

The WORST doctor I have ever met in my life. He walked in, didn’t listen to my explanation of what was going on (cut me off in the middle of it), didn’t ask me any questions and then told me that he didn’t think it was an ear problem. I didn’t have hearing loss and it doesn’t really sound that much like the 2 other most common ear problems. When I asked him what I was supposed to do next he just stared at me and didn’t answer. After asking many times, he said that I shouldn’t do anything. Vertigo has a lot of causes and it was a waste of my time to keep looking into it even though I told him that it was debilitating enough and frequent enough that I couldn’t function like that. He pretty much just dismissed me without doing any real analysis and told me to just deal with it. I have never in my life met a worse doctor. There are doctors with bad bedside manner but good at diagnosing. This doctor seems to be able to have both bad bedside manner AND bad at diagnosing....

I agree with most of the posts here. I went with my grown daughter as support and to help explain her medical history. He was very rude and condescending. He told he she needed to lose weight and told her that she needed to quit eating carbs and drinking sugared drinks. He then turned to me and tried to make me feel like an idiot by telling me he knew what he was talking about because he graduated from Medical School. He needs to go to school to learn how to treat people! Most Rude Doctor Ever

I will never see him again very rude and has the aditude that he is better than any other dr. I went to him because I had fluid in my ear and he said I had swimmers ear and he found flacks of skin and told me it was swimmers ear and prescribed antibiotics for it and it made it even worse because it was actually a fungal infection do to so many antibiotics. First year of medical school you are taught to know about different infections. I highly recommend going to dr Mertensmeyer he is the best

Not worth your time. have seen FOUR minute clinic and urgent care doctors, 3 of them between November and December, all have seen fluid in my ears. Been running fevers on and off, with migraines and dizziness. He walks in very cocky in a hurry, before even looking in my ears tells my they are all wrong. 4 doctors all wrong. I have no fluid I’m fine. Try a neti pot and some allergy medicine he says. I will be making an appointment with mercy to get to some help because I’m miserable.

In my 65+ years, I have never been totally unhappy with a health care provider. This changed today! After waiting 5 or 6 weeks for an appointment, Dr. Crozier was in the exam room three minutes or less. He was very impatient and appeared totally uninterested in anything I said. To say he was condescending and extremely rude is an understatement! I will strongly discourage my friends and family from seeing him. There has to be a better choice somewhere else.
