Dr. Dania Assad, MD

Dr. Assad is both knowledgable and focused on giving her patients compassionate care. She is committed to her patients and will go the extra mile to give her patients the best treatments. Her time can get constrained, but she will not cut off a conversation just on time pressures. I am very grateful to be her patient.

She was so good in explaining everything, she was very helpful. She was my doctor at Ascension in Southfield since 2019. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Assad is a smart and compassionate doctor. She knows how to manage complex Endocrinology diseases and is very trustworthy. I am happy I found her.

Dr. Assad is amazing! My first visit with Dr. Assad was in September of this year. I immediately felt comfortable with her and felt that she was very concerned about me as a patient. I had a follow up with Dr. Assad & not only has she prescribed the right medication to lower my levels, I still feel as though she will continue to guide me to get me levels even lower. She was very patient and thorough during my appointments and called me to go over lab results. I am so thankful for Dr. Assad. I’ve seen other endocrinologist in the past and they do not compare to Dr. Assad.

She is a very bad doctor, don’t waste your time and money seeing her.. she doesn’t care about her patients health, she cares about collecting money from patients only .. my dad saw her and she told him to eat salt for 7 days before doing a kidney test and she already has his history with a high blood pressure.. and his blood pressure was 260/130 and when we called her on her pager to see what he can do she said I’ll send him 2 tables until I see him and all the pharmacies were closed and he did not take the medication and she did not mention anything to go the ER. anyway my dad ended up at the emergency and she DID NOT CALL US BACK THE NEXT DAY TO CHECK HOW DID HE GET? HOW HE FEELS? Or if she has to follow up with him... worst dr I’ve ever seen in my whole life
