Best Endocrinologist ever!
I have been dealing with my condition for over 23 years. And the process I have had four endocrinologists. I am so thankful that I found Dr Bijlani!! She is amazing!!I never have to wait an extended time for my appointment, she is always so personable and listens so well. Dr B is thorough and profesional while making the appointment so comfortable.I drive over an hour to see her and it is well worth the drive!!

Best endo I’ve had. With history of papillary thyroid cancer, I have no thyroid and went to Dr. B in a panic when I was newly pregnant and my former endocrinologist could not seem to keep me in range, or care that I was out of range. She calmed my nerves, adjusted my medication immediately, and within 2 weeks of seeing her my levels are back where they should be. She’s highly responsive to her patients and very compassionate. I will recommend her to anyone I know who needs to see an endocrinologist.

Dr. Bijlani is kind, efficient, and thorough. She is a good listener, solves problems with the patient, and treats you like family. She has been monitoring my thyroid condition for more than 10 years. Communication through the portal is so quick and easy. She gets back with me in less than 24 hours, but usually within minutes.

I am a type 1 diabetic and have been for 53 years. Of those 53 years, I have been a patient of Dr. Bijlani for close to 25 years. I am happy to say that because of her guidance in managing my diabetes I have experienced very few complications. She is extremely knowledgable, kind and caring. She is well versed on the latest discoveries in diabetic care and she goes out of her way to help me with my insurance issues. I have recommended her many times over the years and those people have, after seeing her, expressed gratitude to me for the recomendation. Her office is clean and efficient and her staff is professional. I highly recommend Dr. Bijlani for diabetic care.

Dr. Bijlani is the best there is. She has been taking care of my Thyroid condition for 13 years now. She's caring and very personable. She listens to you and answers you professionally and thoroughly. I always feel well cared for when I leave her office. The staff is very accommodating and friendly as well. I live 45 minutes away from her office so that tells you a great deal on how wonderful a Doctor she is.

My last appt., the PA increased my Thyroid med because my TSH was high. A month into the new meds, I start experiencing rapid heart rate & trouble breathing. Was told to get my TSH blood work done asap. I rushed to get tested on Thurs. morning only to find out that the drs office closed at noon on Fri. I had to suffer all weekend and when I called this morning, the recept. was very short with me and had no empathy, upsetting me even more.

Waited almost 4 mos for an appt and 30 mins the day of. Eventually seen by a PA in what seemed like a storage room with a small desk (and not an exam room). The only blood work the office did was for TSH and didn't seem willing to explore any further (t3, t4, etc). My tsh was "in range" but still having symptoms, so the only solution that the PA offered me was to go on diet pills. (But not interested in investigating the root cause?!) I was so disappointed in this visit and won't return.

I have not been able to see this doctor. It takes 3-4 months to get an appointment. Scheduled one and when I went to it (after waiting 3 months & taking time off work to go) the office staff told me they had cancelled my appointment because they couldn't contact me. They would reschedule my appointment in 3 more months. Left and won't be back. Utterly rude and poorest customer service

Dr. Bijlani is an excellent doctor. As a matter of fact, I have been to many many doctors and have finally found her to be the best yet. I am quite happy to have found her after many many trials and errors these other so-called, doctors. Her staff on the other hand can use a huge improvement, particularly Karen, the mean witch at the front desk. Karen is extremely rude and dare I say, bipolar/manic. She is an older cranky woman who screams at people for no reason whatsoever and belittles patient
