Dr. Hoch is The Best
Telehealth
Dr. Hoch dealt with every one of my health concerns accurately and quickly. His diagnoses and treatment were always spot-on, resulting in quick relief. Example: My previous doctor recommended muscle stretch exercises to address a chronic muscle cramp in my right leg. The exercises provided very temporary relief; the cramps returned in about an hour. When I asked Dr. Hoch about this, he started me on a course of statin therapy. Now I am completely free of those painful leg cramps. I wish Kaiser would clone Dr. Hoch so that everyone could have excellent healthcare.

Terrible
Dr. Hoch talked far more than he listened. He seemed to lack compassion, empathy, caring and warmth. I did not have confidence is his abilities as a physician. I am otherwise quite happy with Kaiser but this reflects very poorly on them. Who is this guy's chief?
