Dr. Cleason has been great. She took over for me as a doctor after my previous doctor retired. She listens and schedules time to answer questions.

No Empathy
When I found out about my pregnancy I was very nervous because I had a MC only 4 months prior. I went to Dr. Cleason, and she didn’t care. She set me up with an appointment for 9 weeks. I asked if there was anything I could do in the meantime because I was nervous, even to just go get bloodwork done. She responded saying unless I was cramping or bleeding she would see me at 9 weeks. And I went to respond but got a notification saying, “ You cannot reply to this conversation. The sender indicated replies are not allowed.” It’s one thing to end a conversation but it’s another to cut off come with your patient. Absolutely unacceptable! she also puts down the other staff saying things like, “I don’t know what SHE told you but SHES not a doctor.” She also forces birth control down your throat. Do not recommend!
