While in the presence of others she acts like she cares, but when alone with patients she provokes & asks questions that are irrelevant & upsetting. I highly recommend only seeing her with someone else present. Most patients at ECMC are already in crisis & don't need for her to add to their issues. She is just cruel & seems to enjoy provoking people already in pain.
