Terrible bedside manner
Dr Cusumano had a very cold and stand offish bed side manner. She spoke to us (my husband, 3 year old son and I) in a cold and uninterested tone. Her demeanor with my 3 year old son was quite cold and unfriendly. My husband and I both felt very uncomfortable and thought is there something we did to offend her? I am a Nurse Practitioner myself and I know what a professional and appropriate bedside manner is and this doctor clearly lacked that. It seemed as though we were wasting her time by being there which is the first time I have felt that at any doctor visit. We were so glad when the visit was over and we swore to never come back to this particular practice again.

Dismissed Outright
Dr Cusumano came highly reccomended from several sources including my own doctor who has been helping me manage my reccurrent tonsilitis, however when it came time for my appointment, i was sorely dissapointed. She took a look in my mouth for about 2 seconds and basically, professionally dismissed me outright and talked down to me a bit. She talked to me as though I had no idea what i was encountering even though i was able to name 4 drs who had reccomeded tonsilectomy including an ENT prior to my initial tonsilitis and had 3 occurences since february at the time of my visit (now 4 at time of writing). She basically, professionally, told me i wasted her time in my perspective. I am extremely dissapointed and frustrated with the care from this doctor and i will not be returning even under the refferal of my PCP.

Highly Recommend Dr. Cusumano
Dr. Cusumano was kind, friendly, caring and professional. I felt like she was really listening to what I had to say and she gave me a great explanation of what she believed was going on with me health-wise. I will be happy to see her again in the future for my ENT needs.
