Doesn't answer questions!
I only met him a few times. He didn't answer pertinent questions about the side effects of my treatment and left me to worry needlessly about their long-term effects. I give him no star for his empathy for a patient's state of mind and anxiety all during the four years of being his patient. He doesn't appear to have the capacity to anticipate what a patient must be experiencing about how serious and possibly the nature of side effects might seem to a patient. By the way, so far my medical treatment has been successful for which I am thankfully.

Great first impression
I met Dr. Rinder today and was quite impressed. He listened with empathy, explained things to me in detail while outlining my options, and I was really comfortable with him almost immediately. I’ve seen some criticism that he is “matter of fact.” That’s science, baby! I loved that he was direct, to the point, and thorough. It put me at ease that this is someone who knows his stuff. He’d seen my intake and scans but asked me about my experience first. It’s a striking balance that I really liked. His staff was great as well, very knowledgeable. I felt like I’m in a place that will truly take care of me and am glad I’m with them now.

Was never given the opportunity to meet with dr Rinder, but dealing with his staff was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve had- they withheld important information from me and then blamed it on me when I pointed it out. They were also generally rude and made it all an incredibly unpleasant experience.

Had a vasectomy in November 2019. Dr Rinder is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. The surgery went as expected and I am recovering well. The pre-op RN was also professional and kind. They both did a great job. No pain, minimal discomfort after. My only caution to people is the welcoming peanut gallery at the front desk. Generally they are, as a group, rude and condescending. Don’t know why. Maybe they don’t even realize it, but they were pretty harsh. Consistently my experience with them has been less than pleasant.

Reading the 1 star review of Dr. Rinder as a patient of his felt I must add my opinion here. Dr Rinder is a very matter of fact to the point doctor. I find nothing but great respect from him as he has worked with me on what I feel to be very sensitive issues. To try an find answers. He does not use high tech gadgets he uses tools that find answers which is most important i feel. A scientist great problem solver. Great staff great doctor. Tries hard to find and resolve issues respectful.

This Dr. Is the most pompous Dr. I have ever encountered. His lack of empathy shows from the moment you meet him till the time you leave. He is a very rude man that does not care about patients needs for privacy. He does not even suggest you change into the proper medical exam attire for your procedure. He is matter of fact with every question you may ask him. The office feels antiquated and lacks modern technologies. The only positive I can say is the staff is nice. Thats it.

Dr Rinder and his staff are professional, kind, and caring. They always take the time to explain what we're doing and why. They take their time and make sure you are at ease (as much as possible). I recently had surgery and Dr Rinder was awesome at every step. There was a possibility we were dealing with cancer, but I was at ease for the most part I have 100% confidence in Dr Rinder & BMH and I would definitely recommend him to freinds and family
