Ten years ago Dr Kingston saved my bladder and cured my cancer!! I had a TURBT of stage 2 bladder cancer with aggressive BCG Immunotherapy treatments. I go yearly to check for reoccurrence.

Dr Kingston is very responsive to my needs . He is highly efficient and thorough. I have never had a hard time reaching him . He calls right back if he cannot his nurse will let you know when he is going to call. I feel respected and valued as a patient. I am confident in his care . I have seen urologists since I was 22 years old and I am now 65. He has been the best and most professional urologist I have ever had .

Recently, after experiencing blood in my urine, a CT Scan revealed the likelihood of a bladder tumor. When I tried to schedule an appointment with a urologist all of the Lahey offices and hospitals in my area were closed except for non-emergency patients because of the Covid pandemic. The best I could get was a phone consultation with a Lahey urologist. When I contacted Urology Consultants of the North Shore in Salem Dr. Kingston scheduled an appointment within a few days even though I was a new patient and his office was only open on a very limited basis. After a cystoscopic exam confirmed the presence of a tumor he was able to influence Salem Hospital to allow him to perform surgery the following week. Dr. Kingston took the time to explain everything both before and after surgery in easy to understand language and he was always on time with no delays. He went above and beyond the call of duty; I cannot thank him enough for his support and care.

Dr. Kingston, is one of the most disrespectful bad bed side manners I have ever seen. He can make you feel as if you are nothing. Maybe he was having a bad day. Beware of Dr. Bad attitude Kingston.
