Good Doctor
I see Dr. Kuesel for essential tremors. I’m surprised at some of these reviews. He listens to me and discusses different ways to treat my symptoms. Yes appointments can take awhile, but isn’t his fault. He has had staff call me and check up on how I was doing. My only complaint is that he avoids eye contact while talking to me. Definitely not a reason to switch doctors

Saw this doctor after waiting 10 months for an initial appointment. I was diagnosed with PD. He told me I could go on medication even though in early stages. Said no reason to exercise. Basically nothing will help the course of this progressive disease. After this shocking news there was no follow up and no plan for care unless I wanted medication. My research shows that exercise is an important part of PD management.

Do yourself a favor and do not see Dr. Kuesel. I recently saw dr kuesel for a diagnosis of Epilepsy. He prescribed me medication and after 4 days of taking the medicine, I was having 1 of the serious side effects from the drug - suicidal thoughts. I immediately called the office and left a message with the nurse. It took them over 24 hours to respond. It has now been a week and I still have no answer. Very disappointed. Called again today - 3 months to see a different doctor there. Ridiculous!

Had to go to U of M, because Dr. Kuesel diagnosed me wrong with cluster headaches, when I had severe pain on one side of my face. I went to U of M where Dr. Shultz diagnosed me with trigeminal neuralgia. I had a red veining spot on my neck & Dr. Kuesel told me to see a dermatologist, but Dr. Shultz did more test & ordered MRI & CT scans.

I felt like Dr. Kuesel knew before he entered the room and examined me, exactly what my diagnosis would be and how he wanted to treat me. I have seen Nursing Students give a better exam than I received and he even knew that I was a nurse. Good to know he doesn't put on airs. I could go on and on about the lackadaisical way I was approached and examined. I had to wait 4+ months to get in to see him because my accident was auto related and he only takes 1 new auto patient a month. Quota met.
