Dr. Zendler has been my Neurology/Epilespy provider for almost 7 years and he, by far, is the best provider I have ever had. He takes the time to listen and discuss all the information and recorded events since the last visit. He goes over all of the information and his medical opinions on the matter. He also has made referrals to providers to address other medical conditions that could be co-morbid with my current conditions. He is thorough and explains everything that needs to be addressed during the appointment and spends a great deal of time doing patient counseling for what to record and address during the next visit. Because this was my last visit before he leaves MultiCare he spent some time with me to address his departure and helped me transfer to another providers care within the clinic to ensure my continued treatment for my conditions. I will greatly miss him as a provider and hope to have the same level of care that he provided with my new and future providers.

Dr Z was very thorough. Explained all the causes of seizures and the possible treatments. Listened well to my thoughts and concerns and answered my questions. Considered my adverse reaction to current treatment and made adjustments

Best Doctor EVER!!
Dr. Zendler is the reason I'm with MultiCare. He is thoughtful and kind. He has never made me feel rushed and he's always answered all my questions. He's my favorite doctor by far!! Thank you for being you!!

No bedside manner

Since my other doctor retired the staff there has become so unorganized, the doctor that retired was fabulous! I never had to worry about anything…now I have to worry about everything! It’s exhausting trying to get an appointment or talk to staff about anything. Too many patients, it has become quantity not quality and that is sad. Was a great place and had a great doctor…but she retired. I’m trying to find another doctor for my epilepsy.
