Dr . Baker saved my life!
Dr. Baker did my heart valve repair and replacement. This was a redo of the original one done 7 years ago (by one of his colleagues), that wore out. This 2nd one was more involved, having to go through scar tissue, and taking around 6 hours. Dr. Baker saved my life! He is the best, and I am forever grateful.

Dr Baker fixed my mitral valve regurgitation with very little discomfort. My heart was checked, monitored & X-ray everyday, with the blood pressure & pulse rate improving everyday. Discharging from Keck Hospital in 6 days, I was walking 1 mile daily from the 2nd week, & stopped taking any pain pills, just Tylenol occasionally. I feel better daily. By the 4th week, the X-ray was normal & the stitches removed. I fell great & can drive by the 5th week! Thanks Dr Baker, USC Trojan for life Fight On

Our experience with Dr. Baker has been amazing. Dr. Baker and his incredible team not only is professional but has an outstanding knowledge of cardiac surgery and diseases of the heart. My husband required cardiac surgery. Dr. Baker performed an amazing surgery for my husband, humbly explained the process and assured us the surgery would be a success. God not only gave way for us to be with Dr. Baker but to have excellent exceptional care by the whole team at USC.
