The angioplasty order was never received . After waiting 4 days for a call to schedule an appointment, I called and the order wasn't received. Unfortunately, that stalls the appointment even further since Medicare authorization is needed.

For the most part, it was a very good visit. Everything, I would give it nine, even nine and a half. But there's one area which really was bad, waiting. The waiting is too long. It looks like health providers do not appreciate the patient's time.

Dr Sun answered all my questions, many of them I hadn't yet asked. He was present with the conversation and provided statistics regarding the surgery. I appreciated that he brought in a scribe so his attention remained on educating me, addressing questions and concerns. I felt heard.

Excellent team. Dr Sun was great. He took time and was very clear as well as caring in his explanations and recommendations. My interaction with {staff name removed} was also really great. She is so kind and thoughtful.

Just generally speaking and I was very impressed by Dr. Sun and his staff's knowledge. The care they took to communicate and they're just general human courtesy was a very relaxing and move the conversation them quickly along and I want to thank them all. Nurses, doctor and staff. Thank you.
