The very OPPOSITE of a concierge doctor. Almost never available to see your child (same day appointment? Ha!) Won't give her cell number, no office number, no email at all. Reachable only through an "app" and even then, usually to send best wishes after someone else has treated your child. One time, she repeatedly assured us that our daughter "just has a virus," but after 7 days of high fever, we took her to ER where she was diagnosed with sepsis. Sepsis! Our daughter nearly died. Weems has no office, no facilities, no lab, won't give you her phone number, and most recently, ghosted us when we asked for post-surgical pain meds for our daughter who fell through a plate glass door and suffered lacerations so deep you could see the tendons in her hand. Took her to hand surgeon next day, who prescribed pain meds immediately. Hire Weems if you love wasting money and love arrogant, unresponsive, and uncaring doctors.

Unresponsive, poor clinician in our experience, and a TOTAL waste of money. She provides nothing you cannot get from a PA at an urgent care clinic. No facilities, no lab, no connections with specialists, can't get you in with anyone for treatment or diagnostics. Rarely available to see your child, refuses to provide phone or email for correspondence. The only way to reach her is through an 'app,' usually to send best wishes after someone else has treated her. Repeatedly assured us our daughter 'just has a virus' until we took her to ER after 7 days of high fever. Diagnosis: sepsis! Long hospitalization. Last encounter: ER visit for deep laceration, exposing tendons in hand. Misrepresented her involvement in care. Asked her for pain meds on discharge. Her response: crickets. Next day, hand surgeon prescribed pain meds with zero hesitation. Hire Weems if you have money to burn, love arrogant providers, and enjoy being ghosted when your child is in severe pain.

Dr Weems and the rest of the practice have been wonderful to our son. She's been responsive to any needs we've had, urgent or not. On every visit, she's spent ample time addressing our concerns and taking time to answer our questions. I would hgly recommend her.
