Dr. Snyder has complete disregard for patient care. Before you consider going to this doctor, really do your due diligence and research. I was 1 minute late to an appointment and she was unwilling to see my father as a patient, even though he had urgent prescriptions that needed to be refilled. He is recovering from a stroke. NCH is located next to a college campus that has multiple entrances. While gps was circling me around, I was on the phone with the receptionist, trying to figure out how to find building M. I arrived 1 minute past Dr. Snyder's wait time and she refused to see my father, even though he was the last patient, the day before Thanksgiving. She couldn't even step out of her office and have a conversation. She had complete disregard for him or me as a person. If someone with five years of experience has that kind of disregard to human care, I wouldn't consider this person as a doctor now or ever. It saddens me that these types of doctors exist.

She has been my doctor for a few years now and she is incredible. She listens to you and works with you on coming up with a health plan. She doesn’t tell you what to do. Rather she gives you options and opinions and works with you on how to move forward. I have felt comfortable enough to share my issues with her and she has taken the time to listen and respond with kindness and action steps.

I've been a patient of Dr. Snyder's since the facility at Harper College opened. She is my favorite Dr. and I actually switched to her as my primary care physician after my first visit. She's very patient and really listens to me. She is thorough and explains so well what she's going to do and why she's doing it. She provides information on ways to take care of myself and is very aware of the whole health of a person.

Dr. Snyder takes time to listen. I love that she offers natural options even though she is a medical doctor and will be quick to prescribe medicines. She is very respectful about not wanting to turn to medication if not totally needed. Ask a lot of questions to find out your options and she will work with you.
