Everyone was very nice, and it is nice to be treated well since you are the patient in need of help. Caring, smiling and laughing is good atmosphere for patients. I will continue to come I was very well taken care of.

Practice Manager is very rude. Would not let me speak to my doctor, he has no medical background, and overpaid secretary. He thinks having a 12 dollar an hour job with a title makes him better than God. Unfortunate because the doctors are very nice and well trained, however you cannot reach them when you need them.

office manager Benjamin is extremely rude, yelled at me, stated "I am the leader, I make the rules." Staff lost medical records, not willing to perform test again without billing. Unbelievable
