Ive been a patient if his since he opened his first office

i went to him for a few yrs after my other dr had left his practice i always liked him he was the best dr there was, until a nurse prationer came in and took over all of his pateints and made him do only sports, so i had to find someone else, When i tried to get hubby in to see him i was told he wouldnt be able to see any of his patients never got a real story why he couldnt continue to see him or i. I was very unpset with the office there after. He always listened to you and he did answer your questions.

Like Dr. Statler very much! Listens, makes suggestions, treats me with respect.

This was my first visit to Dr Stetler and I was very satisfied and impressed with him and the staff that made it work so well. My doctor moved out of town so I am very pleased and thankful that he is taking new patients. He could however, use a large sign along King Church Ave for us dinosaurs that do not have a GPS and cannot see as well as we used to.

He is all full of promises and never follows through on anything he says. He is unprepared when he walks in the room and doesn’t look over your test results or notes from specialists. He will refer you out and pass the buck, and will not do anything else once you leave the room.

I'm a mom of 4. We've been going to Dr. Stetler for a little over 2 years now and I just say he is by far the best doctor I've ever been too! He takes his time with his patients, listens to the parents, makes house calls and hospital visits! My family is so blessed to have found him! I recommend him to all my family and friends!

After our long time family doctor retired, we were fortunate to find Dr. Stetler. He’s friendly, listens to you and is knowledgeable. Great staff as well!

Front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Cocky and arrogant

Please Dr Stetler, please change your front desk staff so your patients feel more comfortable scheduling and coming to see you. Your receptionist is very rude, she is relentless. Your patients trust you as a doctor, they think very highly of you. However it makes it unbearable when your receptionist is rude, uncaring and treats your patients like they are beneath her. Please listen and consider our reviews.

A good doctor. However, my husband had not used this practice yet and was a potentially new patient. Upon contacting his office to set up a new appointment he realized I had set up an appointment for an earlier date that he didn't go to because he had forgotten. Because they did not receive a cancellation call for the earlier appointment, they would not allow him to become a new patient at all. Because of this, we will need to choose a new family physician. Poor office staff.

I'm currently looking for a new physician because I refuse to go back and see Dr. Stetler and his Nurse Practitioner. I went to see them almost a year ago now for SEVERE abdominal pain and was told originally that I had a UTI and was continued to be told that for 3 more rounds of antibiotics. Finally I gave up and went to see my OBGYN who cared enough to give me an ultrasound and found out that I had a mass the size of a babies head attached to my ovary and needed surgery to have it removed!

Showed up 10 minutes early had to wait over an hour. Other patient shows up 20 minutes late for her appointment and gets in before me only having the wait 15 minutes. Front desk's response to me is "you can always reschedule." I had to take 2 hors off work already. They act like it's no big deal.

Dr. Stetler has been caring for my family for over 16 years. He is gentle, caring and attentive to each and every one of our needs. His staff is friendly, personable and genuinely cares for us.

He gave me a lot of time and answered all my questions. He is very authentic and caring
