Rushed, money minded, not credible, does not care
TLDR- too rushed, money minded, not credible, awful front desk, charged me more (called insurance and found out) and finally doc does not like to talk. Issue#1- money minded:The doc is only concerned about making money. He acts as though Giving advice to his patients cost him a fortune. His front desk overcharged me. It is clearly written on my insurance card what my copay should be. Have I not called my insurance I would not have known. #3- not thorough and rushed: I talked about my acne and scars, then Dr. Schmidt said insurance will not cover both so I had to choose. Seriously! Then he said you have too many scars to cover all parts today. It’s only going to be half of your body. He then rushed so fast, it was unbelievable. Not thorough at all. #4- not credible- I told him I am allergic to what he was prescribing. He asked if I got hives, difficulty breathing when I took it. I told him I get violently ill every time I take it and that’s why I don’t. He proceeded to say that’s not

He is kind, effective and listens to my concerns. I’ve had many sun issues and removals that never came back. Office staff are great & he is always on time. He’s the best dermatologist I’ve ever seen, and I’m old 72.

I was extremely pleased with Dr. Schmidt and his entire staff. Very professional and friendly.. gave me a thorough skin check--which is what I came for --and did not try to sell me any cosmetic procedures or other cosmetic "stuff"
