Rude , Arrogant, unorganized
Multiple appoint time changes at the last minute, despite having strict rules about being 15 minutes late. Apparently, being on time is only important for patients. Changes in telemedicine technology with no warning. Losing patient information. Requiring check-in using an app, then claiming “it doesn’t work sometimes”, and asking all the same questions all over again. Not being prepared for the appointments, and being late by 45 minutes for our last appointment Useless, poorly run company. Take your business anywhere else.

I was taken back as a client after being dismissed but only because I reported what happened to Dora and the director of Allpria healthcare. I know for a fact if had just accepted the wrongful dismissal I would be out on my own to fend for myself for practicing my rights as a patient and human being. My regular doctor, for whatever reason, quit Allpria healthcare and I inquired about this because I liked that doctor. I feel I was met with pure annoyance because of this and I walked out of the room to speak to a manager due to feeling disrespected by Frandrup. Thats why I was dismissed. I updated this review because I want to be fair and accurate. Frandrup entered the room not caring and I could hear it in his voice hence the 1 star review. This is a fair and honest review of my experience with Frandrup.

I am a veteran and via outside community care program via the VA, I am truly in the best best of hands via Allpria Healthcare-Dr Frandrup! Him and his team are so well-organized and professional, along with such care/details, I am feeling the results in my pain management, barnone to others I have been assigned!

Great doctor. Good beside manner, very knowledgeable. Also keeps up to date on many new pain management procedures/techniques/medications, unlike some other pain drs I've seen who seemed stuck in the "let's just give them some opioids and be done with it" camp.

Needed immediate help alleviating pain and was able to schedule a same day Telehealth appt with Dr. Frandrup. We discussed my issues and he came up with a great plan involving PT, stretching and yoga to obtain a long term solution. If these do not work, Dr. Frandrup has other options as well. Great experience.

It is an absolute wonderful feeling to be greeted by an amazing doctor. I have a very worrisome issue that I’m being seen. I cannot say enough about Dr Ngung and the office staff. They are warm, compassionate and well educated. It’s odd to say but I feel safe and that I’m getting the very best care. I also feel that I have someone in my corner helping me to make the very best decisions. I can’t say enough about this practice and especially Dr Ngung!

Counseling with Crystal Shrantz is a wonderful addition to the staff/program at Allpria. She is very easy to talk to, listens and offers helpful coping methods for the day to day 'stress times' . She has been a great resource and sounding board for my upcoming major surgery, the additional stresses of coordinating care and the choices involved in creating an Advanced Directive. It is a huge help to have access to counselling at the same office as pain management visits - without this ease of acc

Dr tam nyguyen and his staff Tanya (and anyone behind the scene I haven’t actually met) go above and beyond for patient care and help treatment happen. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who has multiple doctors who needs help having one point to help figure medication out and help with alternatives for pain control. Thank you so much guys.
