I was injured lifting weights which I should not have been doing at 50 yrs old, and very small. They did not treat my injury an it has plagued me all my life. I am in constant pain. I tried to tell them it was too much but they wouldn’t listen. I should have walked out, now I’m paying for it. Control your therapy when it comes to weights. Most physical therapist do not use weight lifting exercises in their therapy. It’s of no use and hard on the body, especially women. Low weight, high reps for women. Not heavy weight = injury. Think of the future. Avoid injury.

saw Dr. Doerr for the first time today. Let me start by saying new patients may wait a few months to get their first appointment but trust me he is absolutely worth the wait.
