Dr Dawson has treated me for sciatica which was so bad that I was in constant pain. After only one treatment I am again able to function as a normal person. The office visits have been informative and he shows genuine concern. Afternoon appointments are usually running late but he doesn't rush your appointment to catch up so I can appreciate that and schedule my day according. The office staff is very nice and they seem to genuinely enjoy being there, which I feel reflects directly on the person that they are working for. The people that I talk to in the waiting room all seem to like Dr. Dawson too. Highly recommend.

I have chronic pain issues, have had for 20+ years. Every treatment I have received from Dr. Dawson since 2019 when I first went to him for help has improved my condition. That's his job and he is very good at it. But he is also just the nicest person! He thanks the assistants helping him, always! The entire that you work in matters.

Radio frequency nerve ablation Is a wonderful thing. I had a pain management doctor that performed the procedure and my pain at 30 years was gone, for about a year. unfortunately the nerves are beginning to regenerate and I need another procedure. My doctor has moved out of the area and I was seeking a replacement. The staff at Dr. Dawson‘s are rude, they have lack of compassion and empathy of any kind and they throw a roadblock in any attempt to schedule an appointment with Dr. Dawson. The first question I was ask is if I am seeking medication if so they will not see me. No problem I don’t want any medication I want a procedure. They said they needed medical records so I am attempting to get them my mom and they told me to just go to the emergency room in the meantime. Dr. Dawson recently performed an RFA (Radio Frequency Ablation) on my lower back. What a game changer! After suffering from debilitating pain for decades, I can honestly say I'm 98% pain free in my lower back. I wish I had this done YEARS ago. I'm now consulting with him to perform the same procedure on my neck. (And no, it is not painful. There might be a very slight discomfort during the actual procedure but definitely nothing awful; not even close. I highly recommend Dr. Dawson and his staff. They are wonderful and understanding.

Their website said he is accepting new patients, so I called to book an appointment. They told me I needed a referral, so I got my doctor to do that the next day. I call the day after that and they said the doctor had to review the referral before they could make the appointment. And of course they are only open half a day on Friday. So Monday I call, and they said the same thing, he hadn't looked at it, and had nothing else to share. Monday night, my knee pain became a bit worse and bothered my sleep so I called again on Tuesday. Got the same exact story, still waiting on the doctor to review. I told them I needed to know something, some kind of idea when we might get an appointment. They said well, even if you had one, he wouldn't be able to see you until December (it's October 20th). What good is that?? If that's the case, you're not really accepting new patients, you're just overbooking. I'm giving up on him.

Dr. Dawson and his Staff are very professional. I have been coming to TPMG/Dr. Dawson for about 2 years now, had my Radio Frequency Ablation procedure last December and have had no major pain. I do have some at the end of the day, but I stand on concrete 90 % of my day. I would recommend Dr. Dawson and his team to anyone and have done so. Kenny Young USN SS

Best doctor! Very professional and positive, informative and smiling bedside manner made me feel at ease. His team at the office went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and that all my questions were answered.

Dr. Dawson is personable and has a nice sense of humor. He is knowledgeable in his speciality. He describes his diagnosis and treatment plan in an understandable way. The only problem I have ever had is that he's so good It can take awhile to get an appointment (6-10 weeks for a procedure).

I have chronic back issues for the past 12 years. No one has provided the information and knowledge I needed to get the corrective actions except for Dr. Dawson. Dr. Dawson and his team provided the necessary information to move forward towards recovery. He was very thorough and explained everything I have been questioning for years. One of the best doctors I ever engaged with. Thank you, Doc!!

I went to Dr. Dawson for numbness, arm and hand pain. He is awesome! Performed an epidural third visit and much better. He referred me to a chiropractor, which is just starting.
