Dr. Christopher Brook, MD

Dr. Brook is a professional throughout and gave very clear and helpful information and medical counsel to help me with sleep apnea and snoring. He performed a combined tonsillectomy and septoplasty expertly which has changed my life. Cannot recommend him more highly. The best.

Dr. Brook was highly knowledgeable and thorough. Office visits never felt rushed and he went above board to explain every aspect of my son's treatment. He responded quickly to phone calls and emails, even returning calls from home on his days off to answer questions. His bedside manner is the best, especially working with a nervous teen and an even more anxious mom. He uses humor, kindness, and reassurance. I highly recommend.

Dr. Brooks did not seem to care about me appointment was late I was ok with it. But once I stepped in his room was totally rushed 2-3minutes max I had the paper given to me by my neurologist did not feel as though he knew anything in advance about me. I would not recommend him to any one at all, I wish there was a way my insurance would refuse to pay him.

Visited Doctor Brook in early November ; He completely ignored what I told him, did a 90 second procedure looking up my nose, and told me nothing is wrong. Three months later, $700 in bills paid for this procedure (I NEVER ASKED FOR NOR ADDRESSED MY SYMPTOMS), I am experiencing the same discomfort and nobody will take my calls. I have left messages several times, only to have the office manager, MRS MCKINNON call me back late on a Friday night offering nothing, other than saying "SORRY." I wonder how many pointless procedures this duo schedules to collect money and then ignore the patient afterwards?! Save your time and money. Go anywhere else. This is alarmingly incompetent office, and am sure these other negative experiences explained here are equally as disturbing.

Dr. Brook was an excellent doctor for my 2 surgeries. He let me know all of the possible complications, the recovery times, and answered all of my questions. He has a group of residents working with him who talked to me after my last surgery. However, he then took the personal time to check up on me himself after they had left. Many doctors delegate these types of small things to their residents and him taking the extra time to check-in himself shows his compassion and professionalism. I could not recommend him more.

Dr. Brook was the only one that was able to figure out the reason for my headaches! The surgery went well and i have zero complaints overall. Hes kind and caring and knows what hes doing! The staff has been sweet and helpful. If you go in there with a crappy attitude you may get it back in return but thats your own fault! We are all human!

Excellent experienced, attentive professional. I was with him treating my 2 children and we were successful, patience was necessary for the final results. I have nothing to complain about, just thanking God first for putting someone who could take good care of my children. Thank you, Dr Brook for the kindness and professionalism with my family.

Dr. Christopher Brook and his staff are unapologetically incompetent. The office staff messed up my son's appointments so much that the six months of weekly allergy shots he received before moving to Boston have been rendered pointless. My son now has to start the shots all over again at the beginning. Dr. Brooks is rude, arrogant, and apathetic. Find another allergist.

Very patronizing and doesn't believe you when you say the symptoms you're experiencing. Constantly tells you to take nasal steroids when it's an infection. Decisions are very textbook; he will only make decisions based on what he sees, not based on what you're actually feeling.
