Dr. Christopher Boone IV, MD

We thoroughly appreciated Dr. Boone as a primary healthcare physician. We felt he was vevery knowledgeable. We are extremely disappointed he left primary health.

I called to get a refill on my medication. Dr. Boone waited 4 days to call it in. It was the wrong dose. Thankfully the pharmacy technician was paying attention and explained to him what was needed and he called it in wrong a second time. It’s day 9 of this and I’m still waiting. Primary Health should consider whether this meets their patient service goals.

Dr. Boone was quick, dismissive, didn't listen, argued and dug in his heels instead of explaining his point of view, made assumptions and refused to consider obvious correlations between my health issues, insisting on his one-sided point of view. He seemed to have only one approach to health and gave me dangerous advice.

When Dr Anderson moved up the ladder we had to find a new Dr. Dr. Boone was available. Believe me to find a doctor who takes new patients is a real pain. The only thing Dr Boone ever did was refer us to whatever specialist in the field,,was sent to so many specialists and nothing wrong. Was very costly and not necessary. Needless to say, we did finally switch to a Dr. who accepted new patients and Medicare.

We became patients of Dr. Boone in the Spring of 2015. He is so unbelievably thorough and compassionate. You can absolutely tell that he is not into the big business aspect of medicine and, doesn't cater to the pharmaceutical or insurance industries. We feel like there is someone that is actually looking out for us. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Boone to everyone we know.

Just had first appointment with Dr. Boone. A great experience. He was actually early to see me after only a 5 minute wait. His nurse was great. He was very thorough and took all the time needed to discuss things and was very detailed in his answers and explanations. A great first experience overall. Lots of confidence in having him as my new doctor.

Dr. Boone is unlike any doctor I've received care from before. Over the years, other doctors have quickly shuffled me through their offices, and in some cases completely missed the underlying health problems I was experiencing. Finally, with Dr. Boone, I receive such detailed attention. He really takes his time with you, listens to what you have to say, and uses his expertise to solve the problem. I am so happy to have found such a great doctor that provides excellent care. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Dr Boone. My experience with him was totally unsatisfactory. He wanted to put me on medication without running any tests, solely based on my age. No consideration was given to my weight, physical condition or any other factors. At one point he told me; don't call me when you have a stroke and cannot change your diaper. I will never goo back to this doctor.
