Dr. Christine Nguyen, MD

Dr. Nguyen is a good listener, takes notes and is a very patient doctor. I found she addressed my questions and was very helpful with referrals.

Horrible! On my first visit, I heard her outside my exam room door speaking negatively about a patient that should have sent me running, but I stayed. During my first exam, Dr. Nguyen didn't even touch me. She seemed uninterested in my complex medical history of 5 autoimmune diseases and a kidney transplant. My first appointment was over in 10 mins. Or less. I missed a few appointments due to illness and being in the hospital. I notified them, and each incident was documented. The front desk called me one day before an appointment and told me it's imperative that you be here and on time for your appointment. I was so taken back by what she was saying to me! I felt degraded and caught off guard by the lack of compassion and professionalism. I've never felt so unimportant by any of my physicians, and I will not continue to take it from her.

I'm lucky if I get 10 minutes with her. She doesn't care about me as a patient. She knows nothing about me. I'm a lab report. If she doesn't like my numbers she prescribes more meds. She's a pill pusher. Does not mention anything about how drugs can affect me. I got a referral for an endocrinologist from a orthopedic surgeon since she can't do her job. I've had better doctors at Kaiser.

She is a good person overall she listened to me and decided to do some xrays. I realize that I'm not her only patient but I waited almost 10 days before a call from her assistant for results. However ?? I was given to a foot specialist who is taking my condition very seriously. She takes her time with me. She almost always has a smile. I find in the mornings she has more time to really communicate. I mostly come for shots twice a year one for female the other for flu shot and yearly physical.

This doctor should retire. I do not recommend her at all. She sucks. She doesn’t listen to her patients or does she explain anything. She just gets paid to check your heart and ignore patients. I was so unhappy leaving her office.

Dr. Nguyen is the most amazing doctor I've ever seen. She takes time, talks so I understand, Five years ago I could hardly walk, suffered from depression and other misc. conditions. She sent me to specialist, therapy and my conditions began to improve so that I'm living a greatly improved life. She is incredibly intuitive, I feel comfortable discussing private issues, i.e., stressors, my goals, things Ive never discussed with other doctors. She has made a wonderful difference in my life.
