Dr. Robinson is a god listener & a good diagnostician. He never rushes you out, checks his past records on you and comes up with a good plan of attack for your problem. He is careful with prescriptions and is willing to listen if there is a problem. All in all, he is a nice man and a super doctor

Objective and caring Physician.
I am 70. For about 25 years my home has been in California. About 6 months ago, my Eye Doctor looks into my eyes for my regular exam. He said, you really need to see a Doctor about Diabetes. The next week, I used my insurance card and had a survey of my health requirements. Plenty of good sense was provided by the Doctor and within a few months, the Diabetic condition is in control. I have had about 5 visits and am really happy to meet a really powerful University of Iowa College of Medicine - 1990 graduate.

Superb Doctor and amazing Staff :)
I must disagree with the review above about the front Staff. My experiences have been the EXACT opposite! They are caring, polite, helpful and efficient. Dr. Robinson has been my Dr. for many years now and is amazingly thorough, even pursuing additional info on my particular disease. I'm very sorry to be leaving him, as our Insurance has changed to Kaiser. (insert sad face!) I wish these lovely people all the Best! K. Etheridge 9/8/2022

Great Doctor, friendly, efficient staff
Best Dr I have ever had. His referrals got my cancer cells identified and treated quickly. Has me on the proper meds to maintain my health. Trust him implicitly. Staff is super. Always get calls back with friendly attitude. Feel blessed when I changed insurance he was on the list. Won the lottery there!!

The women running the front office are rude and have very negative demeanor. Unfortunately I never got the chance to see if I liked the doctor as I had to navigate the gauntlet of pit bulls! All the reviews are about how terrible the front desk is! I hope Dr. Robertson Sees how his practice is effected by their actions.

I appreciate all the concern ,care, insight that I have had from Dr.Robinson.He takes the time to listen and will set up necessary appointments,such as referrals so you can see a specialist if needed. I like that I can contact him directly thru FMH portal. The reception staff at Escondido Internal Medicine is great, not sure why there are some negative reviews about that and his personal staff is very nice and competent.I usually can get in PDQ if needed.He has been my doctor for several years and I can say that I would recommend him as a primary doctor for Internal Medicine to anyone. He has a very calming manner which I appreciate.

I am a current and soon to be former patient of Dr. Robinson. Overall, I think he is an amazing doctor but the front of the office staff are just terrible. They are very rude and snobby. They lie about calling back constantly. They will never come call you back.

Have been going to Dr Robinson for a few years now and really like him. His an excellent doctor, who listens to his patients. Unfortunately his office staff are not as welcoming. Am considering changing doctors because of their poor customer service.
