Horrible experience with this doctor
Dr. McLaughlin is always late, unprepared, and not caring. I choose to consult with her and had high hopes that, as an expert specialist with many years of experience, she could help. She was impatient when I explained the issue and snapped at me saying I should wait to see how things evolve. She was annoyed that I asked questions. She had no diagnosis, not treatment, and ZERO help or empathy in the end. I have not seen anyone as callous. I hope she is due for early retirement.

Dr. McLaughlin performed a needle aspiration on my thyroid that was exceptionally well done. She was careful and reassuring while it was being done. She answered all my questions and was very kind. I really appreciated her attention.

As a fellow health professional and based on two office visits, I found Dr. McLaughlin very knowledgeable and experienced. As an individual that tends to put my foot in my mouth more often than not and hence can be very trying, I found Dr. McLaughlin kind, patient and unfailingly good tempered. Bottom line: Dr. McLaughlin has that rare combination of being a good physician combined with being a person with a good heart. Her staff was also efficient, helpful and pleasant.

Dr. Christine McLaughlin has been my doctor for Endocrinologist for over 10 yrs. and has been excellent in responding to my calls and tentative during my visits. She has phoned me after office hours and asked how I was feeling after a prescribed medication. During the office visit you never feel rushed and she is thorough when going over your health. The wait time can be a little long however the woman at the front desk will update you on the time delay.

I saw her once. She was officious and businesslike but fine. I didn't like her very much but figured she was convenient to my office so I would go back. I have now just left her office after waiting for an hour without seeing anyone. As I walked out I saw someone who arrived after me leaving the exam room. Surely there are endocrinologists who respect their patients' time. Clearly she isn't one of them.
