FOUND WHAT TWO OTHER DERMATOLOGISTS MISSED!
Dr. Bolante did a complete body exam. I went to her based on my son's recommendation. (We are both red haired fair skinned.) I also went to her as I was concerned that two previous Dermatologists I have used over the past years were missing a correct diagnosis. "What is the bump on my nose?" One said it was a cosmetic issue. Second said: "It's a bump." It turned out it was a bump consisting of a Basel Cell Carcinoma! She also found some very very early melanoma! Had I continued with the other two dermatologists, my life would have been in danger! If your current dermatologist can't tell you exactly what is the "bump" find another quickly. Time is of the essence!

Arrogant, belligerent, and just plain stupid
Wait five months for a PRIVATE PAY appointment for possible skin cancer, then be told they will not take you because you have MediCal and "extra paperwork might cost us money." Now you have to risk cancer spreading and wait five months for another appointment elsewhere. This office should make its policy public to avoid putting people in harm's way. Their policy could be DEADLY. Tell people upfront that they cannot be seen, period, if they have Medical - even if they will pay privately.
