I took my niece to see Dr Francis. My niece has Autism and Dr Francis was wonderful with her. She took the time to explain to both of us, was very informative, went over my nieces options. I was so impressed with her that I called and made an appointment for my self with Dr Francis. She make us feel so comfortable and was very knowledgeable on the subject. We loved her.

Dr. Francis is very professional. I have really bad skin and she made me feel confident that I will get the results I want. Her energy is great and you can tell she enjoys her job. She's funny, patient most importantly she explains everything thoroughly. I just completed my first laser treatment with her. Her front desk staff are very kind and friendly as well. Thank you

My son was referred by his pediatrician for a lump on his head. We had such a wonderful experience that I ended up leaving with an appointment for myself! The best dermatologist I've had in many years. I've had a annual melanoma scan every year for over 30 years. She is the most thorough. She and her staff are very friendly. I didn't enter the wait time information because it was my first visit and I had to fill out paperwork. As soon as that was done the total wait time was about 5 minutes.

She was recommended as a busy exec my hair is part of my persona and she was awesome, I waited forever to see her, and I have seen her at her new practice. Worth the wait not only is she a hair loss guru, but she is an even better person. Her team is professional, polite, and just well coached. Enjoyed my experience and will be singing our firm up for her executive services.
