I was asked to cancel a day time regular office hour appointment and go to urgent care instead inspite of her availability . She don’t even entertain online virtual appt. On request I was given appointment again where she made us wait for 30-40 min and then she didn’t even apologize for the delay just like last time but started talking about her explanation on why our appt was cancelled etc instead of first giving immediate attention to the child whose wrist was hurting. We told her it is ok to recommend a patient to urgent care but our appt she just cancelled was not fair. Then she with a child who needed X-ray without waiting for X-ray report asked to do jumping jacks, use the same hand which was in pain to remove and wear the shirt and then hoody, twist wrist. I got the xray prescription and took the child now in more pain in wrist for xray. Later Ortho confirmed child has Barton fracture but due to imaging not sent to them on time cast can’t be put, delayed. Hopefully tomm they can
