He charged a fee of $840 for CT of Chest, (71260) plus $350 for CT Guidance for Rad Therapy(76377) and $7 for Low Osmolar Contrast Material (Q9967). No Rad Therapy given. Stay away from U of Maryland CT. They overcharge and make up fees.
