long story short...he was my urologist for years untill today...I still kept him even when we moved 2 hours from the city...today in a medical emergency when I called his office to have recent lab test the nurse who btw knows me personally denied to send test unless written authorization from me. then I asked her to let me talk to the doctor. Dr.Knoll did not take my call because he did not seen me for a while and he told the nurse to tell me to make an appointment. Thank you Knoll.

Dr. Knoll simply didn't show up for a scheduled surgery. We were told to be at hospital at 5:30am. At 8am he left it to the nurses to tell us he cancelled the surgery. He never called us, we were told by the nurse to call his office. He could have called us the night before saving us a 4:30am wake up, or called the hospital so we weren't waiting for 3 hours. But I guess he didn't want to be inconvenienced.
