The staff at ARMC emergency room was less than impressive but Dr Jessup was exceptionally nice and understanding. His bedside manner was excellent and he made me feel comfortable after being treated like a crumb by the nurse staff. I was there for taking too much of a medication and I had a bad reaction and the nurses were so rude and not comforting at all. Not to mention that patients were literally lined up outside of rooms for hours at a time with nothing offered not even water. It was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with. Dr Jessup again made the whole 10 hours I was there a better experience. He deserves recognition for his caring attitude and attention.
