Dr. Chanda Hall, MD

I was referred for a colposcopy after a PAP smear at my PCP. Dr. Hall took tissue samples for a biopsy during the colposcopy. She was professional and pleasant during that visit with a great bedside manner. She told me the results would be back in a week and that she would call when the results were in. When I had heard nothing after 2 weeks, I began calling. after 3 days of calling with no results, I went to the office and told them I would wait until either they closed or I got my results. I was not asking to see the doctor, but they called me back to speak with her. I told her of my frustration and she was curt and condescending, saying that I did not give her enough time for her to call me back and that she had other patients.
