TERRIBLE SERVICE. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Stunned at the complete lack of professionalism BOTH times I tried to have an initial visit. Waited for two months for my first appt after moving to town. That’s not terrible, but I waited in waiting room an hour and a half at least and finally told them I couldn’t wait any longer. They still had 3 patients to be called back in front of me. When I inquired about how much time might be left to wait, the woman on the far right was exceedingly rude. I asked my copay to be applied to the next appt in the future which they scheduled that very day for April 4. I arrived today April 4, at my scheduled time to be told that today wasn’t my scheduled time, that it was tomorrow. I’ve now wasted two days of time showing up at this place. I don’t get to take 4 hours for a doctor’s visit and shouldn’t have to. First visit, front office was more rude the first visit than this time thankfully but scheduler didn’t seem to bothered about their miscommunication in the appt date today. heading back 2 wk
