Awful Experience
Awful awful experience. This doctor was highly unprofessional and refused to accept my insurance that covers all visits in full. He made me pay out of pocket and told me he’d send my money back if my insurance paid. He refused to cap my insurance company and refused to speak with my insurance broker. He also told me that he was in a big rush and that I needed to pay before my visit. When he brought me back he didn’t even really examine me or ask for a history, as he was in a rush to get somewhere. When I asked him what bloodwork he was ordering he told me that I should look at the requisition myself because he didn’t have time to tell me. He then asked me to reach out to my former rheumatologist in a different city and get his cell phone number for him so that he could speak with him as they went to school together. Awful awful experience.

Horrible
Cold like a fish. No rapport with patients. Antiquated office. Spent 5 minutes with me and said he couldn’t do anything. Revoke his license. And I am in the medical profession . This was not only a waste of time but he showed no interest in finding the source or a treatment plan. Do not use this doctor. He is a disgrace to the profession.

Disgusted Patient
Dr Mond and his practice is antiquated. He ordered a slew of x-rays and recv'd a report from which he made his diagnosis. You're counting on 2nd hand knowledge, you can't judge the severity based on your years of experience, and you don't have the visual aid to assist in substantiating your diagnosis. He also didn't read the whole report that he was so reliant on. The office is antiquated. There's no computers, all books, So they can't even see where you were last seen. This guy seems to be no more than a pill pusher. I'd try someone with more recent experience unless you're interested in supporting a habit.

My condition is admittedly difficult to diagnose, but Dr. Mond never seemed interested in digging into a difficult case like mine. If there is a clear cut and firm diagnosis based on bloodwork, I think he would be easier to work with. He is very quick to move on to the next patient, and I am not sure he always listens to what I say about how I am feeling.

The office staff has no idea what they are doing. Dr. Mond spent about five minutes with me and ended up giving me a prescription for muscle relaxers. A huge waste of time.
