Chien Doll, NP is now my Primary Care
I just cannot say enough about Chien Doll, NP who is now my primary care since Dr. Taylor unfortunately has left the practice. But it is important to me that folks know about Chien Doll as she was fantastic. Knowledgeable, caring, kind, took time to answer my questions about care going forward. She is just remarkable as is the entire staff, especially Holly Beamer, who is just wonderful, caring, great sense of humor, makes you comfortable immediately. I also can't say enough about the office reception staff. Easy check in, easy check out with great followup for appointments. I just have never been disappointed by the care I receive at NDC Kempsville, and I hope I never have to find another Primary Care facility.

Nightmare
Visit was fine. It was Everything after. Because I complained, while having some serious issues going on she told me to find another Dr. The complaint was in the appropriate manner, but still a complaint, so that's how she handled it.
