Staff is nasty
I was a patient of Dr Amico for over 20 years. He is an excellent doctor and so is Bridgette. his nurse practioner. His assistant Kim who's been working for him for years needs to go. Nasty. curt and needs an attitude adjustment. Maybe she thinks she's irreplaceable but no one is indispensable. She gives a lousy first impression of his office

Love Dr. Amico, Bridgett, Dr. Tempera and staff. Yes sometimes you have to wait, but that is because they take the time to listen and properly confirm what is wrong!!!

My appointment was for 11:30. I got there 11:15 and filled out the forms. I hadn’t been seen at 12:30. I asked the receptionist and she says she has no idea when I’ll be seen. So I just left. It’s ridiculous waiting this long for a simple script which they could’ve easily faced but won’t !! Never going back !!

This office is not capable of seeing patients on time. I waited over 45 minutes and couldn't wait any longer so I had to leave. The receptionists were very rude and seemed angry that I asked why I was waiting so long. They told me that's how it is, deal with it. Terrible office, would not recommend to anyone.

About Me

care philosophy

As an internist my philosophy is to give ``old fashion `` individual care coupled with up to date medical knowledge. When a patient is in the exam room their care will have my complete attention. In addition, I have a subspeciality in addiction medicine, dealing with alcoholism and opiate dependence .
