Difficult to work with.
Dr. Hart is smart and kind. However working with her and her team is a nightmare. Sadly I cannot highly recommend.

A true professional
Dr. Hart spent a great amount of time with me, listening to my concerns, my health history and lifestyle. She has made recommendations and provided me with information to research a potential treatment with a follow-up appointment to discuss ongoing care. Dr. Hart provided me with a sense of calm and ownership over my current health concern. She was patient, informative and a true professional.

North Florida Regional Thyroid was the worst experience I've ever had with a medical practitioner. Dr. Hart was incredibly unprofessional, would take weeks to get results analyzed and prescriptions sent, and required me to personally follow up multiple times to get that information. She also ordered a $700 test without consulting me prior, making me bear the unexpected burden of the price tag to get lab work done. Ultimately, the service is terrible, and they practice bad medicine by leaving patients in the dark for unreasonable periods of time. Go somewhere else.

Dr. Hart listens, is extremely knowledgeable and always calls you back. How many doctors give you their cell phone number. I have a very good rapport with her because she is very kind and easy to talk to.

I have seen Dr. Hart for over 30 years. She is a delight to see. She listens to me and always takes notice of any change in my condition. She never rushes me in and out and takes the same care with other patients. I highly recommend her to anyone who requires her services. So glad I found her all those years ago.

Most unprofessional and worst doctor's office experience ever - STAY FAR AWAY! It took 2 hours to see the doctor who stayed for only 2 minutes. Instead of introducing herself first (as I was a brand new patient), the first thing the doctor said to me was, "I don't understand the medications you are taking." The building looks like it is about to fall down and is in terrible shape, staff cannot speak proper English and takes non-emergency personal calls as they are working with you. Not Good.

Really fine care; I have been seeing Dr. Hart and the exceptional Robin Byrd A.R.N.P. for years, and could not be more pleased with the quality of the care I have been given. Even checked in when I was hospitalized for unrelated condition. They are receptive to my input, and provide great guidance. The office staff is generally pleasant and efficient. Being very busy people, I do not expect them to be my buddies.

Horrible patient care. They don't even accept incoming phone calls and don't call you back unless you get really nasty with them on the phone. In the office a short 10 min visit takes half a day because they keep you waiting for hours.

I arrived 15 minutes early for my first appointment with this provider. Only spent a couple of minutes with receptionist (Tiffany) due to everything being organized so well. Within minutes I was called to an office to complete medical information (electronically) by Dottie very patient with me. I was expecting to meet "Dr Hart" but met with Dr. Sanchez due to "rotation". I couldn't have been more pleased. She asked/answered questions & I felt comfortable leaving my health concerns at her desk.
