Dr. Ward has been our children's pediatrician since birth (they’re now 8.5 & 7 years old), and she has been absolutely exceptional. She is not only a skilled doctor, but also a wonderful educator, thoroughly explaining both their physical and mental needs, as well as their developmental milestones. Dr. Ward’s thoroughness during examinations is unparalleled. She never rushes through appointments and always gives her full attention to our children, patiently answering every question—a rarity in today’s fast-paced healthcare environment. The advice she has provided us has shaped our children in meaningful ways. In moments of doubt or crisis, we reach out to Dr. Ward, even after seeing specialists. In addition, no one does blood tests as smoothly as Dr. Ward! My children would only let her perform them, and she makes them look effortless. A testament to how amazing Dr. Ward is: we continued to seek her care even after moving to NJ. We are truly grateful for her care.

Dr. Ward has been an unbelievable pediatrician for my girls, since day 1! We are so lucky to have found her. She has walked us through many situations over the years. She truly cares - takes time with each patient and is 100% present, taking in consideration the whole child when giving advice and planning treatments. All doctors should be like Dr. Ward.

We have been with Dr. Ward for over 12 years, and I can confidently say that she and her amazing staff have been a blessing to our family. From the moment we first walked into her office, we’ve been met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. She has seen my children through every milestone, always providing the best care, thoughtful advice, and reassurance when needed. Her expertise and compassion are evident in every interaction, making both parents and kids feel at ease. The staff is equally wonderful—friendly, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with appointments, follow-ups, and any concerns. It’s rare to find a medical team that combines such high levels of skill with a personal touch, and we feel truly fortunate to have Dr. Ward and her team in our lives. Thank you for over a decade of exceptional care!

As a physician myself, I have to say I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Ward. She’s incredibly accommodating to even my own unforgiving schedule, will see both my children at the same time for my ease, and spend a wonderful amount of time not just taking care of your child but getting to know you and your family.

Dr. Ward and her staff are amazing people. They are always so polite and accommodating. No illness is too small. Their willingness to listen and thoroughly diagnose is exactly what I was looking for. I truly appreciate their bedside manners and follow-up check-ins. It means so much for me who is a mom of two kids. Youngest being a toddler. In simple can’t say anything negative about this facility.

Dr. Ward always makes time, and takes extra time, to answer questions. She is infinitely patient with both children and parents. I’ve always left her office feeling better than going in; no matter what is going with my kids she puts everyone at ease, gives clear and helpful information, and makes sure we feel heard and supported.

Let me just start by saying it was a blessing to have found Dr. Ward. My husband and I are both medical providers and our standards of good care are extremely high. We place emphasis on preventative and holistic practices , and strive to limit the amount of medications we take personally and give to our baby unless absolutely necessary of course. Long story short, it is very difficult to find a provider with the above mindset, truly having your child’s best interest in mind, taking time to listen and collaborate , and are thorough every single time you see them. Lastly, Dr Ward’s staff is warm, welcoming, and always pleasant to interact with. Couldn’t ask for an overall better experience.

Dr. Cathy Ward has taken care of our son for 20 years since he was born in St. Lukes-Roosevelt Hospital (now Mt. Sinai West) until the present. We dealt with our son's surgery, developmental delays, early intervention, and special education classes in the school years, all with Dr. Ward's support. We are living in Queens and our son is in college, and we continue to see Dr. Ward because she's kind, caring, patient, a good listener, answers questions, and never rushes you. She's quick and gentle with taking blood and giving shots. She discusses nutrition and diet as health prevention and doesn't push medication. Her office is small, with pleasant staff, and in a great location.

We are so grateful to Dr. Ward for her partnership in caring for our son since he was three days old! She is the most attentive, patient, caring, and thorough pediatrician I could have imagined. I always feel respected by her and deeply respect her in turn. Now that I am pregnant again, it's a gift to know my daughter will be in such great hands. Her staff is also lovely, and we've always been able to keep things simple with scheduling and billing--a rarity!

Dr Ward has been our doctor since our daughter was born and she is the best doctors we have ever met. She takes time to visit in depth, she explains in great details the diagnosis and the treatment and she always got back timely for emergencies in non-office hours. She has also a great way of dealing with kids, my daughter happily goes to all of her visits.

Dr Ward has been my daughter’s pediatrician for the past 6 years. Dr Ward is so warm and gentle that my daughter is never afraid whenever she has her visits - she feels extremely comfortable around her. Dr Ward never rushes our appointments and always takes her time answering our questions and concerns. She truly cares about her patients (and their parents!) We moved to the Eastside 3 years ago, and yet she remains our pediatrician despite our move.
