Dr. Chen was my favorite PCP ever. I considered her a friend as well as a caring physician. She was always smiling, friendly and thorough. We like the same kind of books and we had short conversations about them. I'm sorry she is no longer at the Woodland Park office.

I have seen Dr.Chen in her office for about 17 years it is usually for a yearly Physical - I felt like she takes her time - explains things. I have only needed to contact her office two times for a medical issue - several years ago a sting ray had bitten me in my toe at the beach - and another MD drained it - no problem. Today I developed the stomach flu - I threw up for 14 hours straight. I called the office a little after 8am, again at 1pm - had still not heard anything by ten to five PM. I called the call screener again she reported Dr.Chen had made a note but Amber MA needed to call and tell me. I received no return call - I kept apologizing over and over to the call screeners -who were very nice to me - because I knew the Doctors office was very busy. This Coronavirus is here I did not want to go to the ER or Urgent Care but I wanted direction from Dr.Chen as I knew I was getting dehydrated. To say the least I am very disappointed.

Never got past the front desk! Receptionist extremely rude and cold, and very proud of the fact there are no appts available with Dr. Chen until May 2020. Offered no help. I walked out feeling frustrated and angry at the way I was treated, being new in town. I'm sure Dr. Chen is good, but I would never put up with that office attitude!!

Dr Chen not only listens well, but also remembers what you talked about in previous appointments, even if you don't! She is thorough and keeps up on the latest research. She never hesitates to take time to explain things in understandable terms.
