Dr Minelli as well as her staff are great; supportive warm and patient of my questions and clear explaining a ton of blood labs.

Dr Minnelli seemed to be good, but her office staff are rude and unprofessional. Its hard to recommend a doctor when bad staff are part of the package. The staff cancelled my second appointment with Dr Minnelli because my test results were not in their office a week before my appointment, even though they never told me their office had any such requirement (the results were there the Friday before my Wednesday appointment). Their reschedule was over a month later, which meant another round of tests and more cost to me. All of this was done without involving me at all; when I contacted them to discuss it, her staff argued with me and I was told that I had no options. To me this means "take it or leave it", so I left it. I am leaving this review with the hope that Dr Minnelli may see it, since I doubt her staff will tell her what really happened and why she lost a patient.
