After 24 years of care from Dr Carol Shi, I will never change doctors. She is the most knowledgeable, competent and caring physician.

I will admit, at first I was a bit put off that I had to meet Dr. Shi’s PA before I could make an appt with her but I met with Kelly and she was great and very knowledgeable. I then scheduled a follow up visit with Dr. Shi and I am so glad I decided to have her as my primary care doc bc she takes her time to get to know a patient, she is attentive and very sympathetic and understanding. It was so easy to share my concerns and I didn’t feel brushed off like I have with other docs that are busy, and I know Dr. Shi is busy but she never made me feel like this. I also loved that they accommodate same day visits after you’re an established patient (meeting with her PA), I know no docs that do this, I’ve always had to go to Urgent Care for same day visits. 10 out of 10 recommend that you visit her practice.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Shi for over 20 years, and her care and service has never wavered. Dr. Shi is thorough, caring and sensitive to all facets of my life so proper treatments and guidance can be easily managed. Couldn’t ask more from a PCP than Dr. Shi.

I love Dr Shi. Always takes the time to talk to you and seems to take a personal interest in me!

The office staff went out of their way to make sure I was able to get the medications I needed even though the pharmacy system was down at my regular pharmacy and another pharmacy was out of stock on one of the meds. They worked with me to find a pharmacy that could fill the prescription and made sure the new pharmacy received it. This was all done on a Friday afternoon right up next to closing time. I really appreciate that they followed through to make sure I was taken care of before leaving for the weekend! Also, Dr. Shi is just awesome! Very attentive and made me feel like I was her only patient.
